Two-Bedroom Cottage - $975.00/week
Memorial/Labor Day Weekend - $150/nightly 3-night minimum

1-3 Nights - Full Payment
4 Nights or More - $350
Deposits will be refunded in full with a minimum 60-day cancellation notice.
50 % refund up to 45 days less than 45 days NO REFUND.
Full payment is due at check-in.
No refunds for early departures.
