What is your policy?

One of our policies is, please don’t litter! We like to keep nature around us as it is. We take pride in our forest area and waterfront. Please keep trash in trash bins that are located all around the resort.

Also, we apologize, but we do not allow pets at our resort. We are on a large amount of land and wouldn’t want your furry friend getting lost! So to prevent damage to nature, property, and lost pets, we please ask you to keep them at home.
 

Who owns blue Lake resort?

Robert and Tina Alpers own this resort. They took ownership of Blue Lake Resort in the fall of 2019. They plan to keep the resort as it is from the previous owners. Some changes are on the way, but it is still the same fantastic resort!
 

Can we rent boats?

Yes! We have boats on site. No need to book them in advance. We have fishing boats and paddle boats. Kayaks and trolling motors to rent.
 

Are there washers and dryers at the resort?

We have two sets of washers and dryers available in our office for a fee we supply soap. They are there for your convenience!
 

What is located around Blue Lake resort?

In our surrounding towns, there are many attractions.

Ludington has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, along with a small area for shopping!

Manistee offers the one and only The Little River Casino, for those nights away from the kids.
 

what are your rates?

what time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. $25 every 15mins past 10 am. We need time to clean.
